Requested by Congress in P.L. 110-422 and P.L. 111-314, this report, by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, is one of a continuing series which presents prioritized science, applications, and observations, along with related strategic and programmatic guidance, to support the U.S. civil space Earth observation program over the coming decade.
