Moore is currently the senior managing director of the Public Law and Strategies Group. He has more then 33 years of experience working on the federal appropriations process including serving as the former staff director of the House Agriculture Appropriations Subcommittee. In 1981, Moore joined the House Appropriations committee where he served through 2003.
