Willis Oluoch-Kosura Director of the Collaborative Master of Science Programme in Agricultural and Applied Economics in Eastern and Southern Africa (CMAAE)

Dr. Willas Oluoch-Kosura is Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics at the University of Nairobi, Kenya, where he has also been Chairman of his Department since 1999. He coordinated the creation of CMAAE which spans 16 universities in 12 countries.

Dr. Oluoch-Kosura's interest in agricultural development policy focusses on the issues of rural factor and product markets, poverty dynamics, technology generation, and institutions. With over 50 publications to his credit, Dr. Oluoch-Kosura has published extensively on these topics.
