NAS President Delivers Keynote for Report on Climate Change Adaptation in California

November 22, 2010 -- National Academy of Sciences President Ralph J. Cicerone delivered the keynote speech in Los Angeles at the release of the Pacific Council’s report on climate change adaptation. The Pacific Council is a nonpartisan international affairs organization focused on policy issues of special resonance to the West Coast. Its Task Force on Adaptation to Climate Change is serving as the California adaptation advisory panel to the state.
