The Institute of Medicine is pleased to announce the release of the report Dying in America: Improving Quality and Honoring Individual Preferences Near the End of Life.

The report release and public briefing was held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. EST in the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation’s Barbara Jordan Conference Center located at 1330 G Street NW, Washington, DC 20005.

The public briefing included statements by the committee co-chairs highlighting key findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the report, as well as a discussion with committee members.
