Annalee Gonzales, Administrative Assistant
Annalee Gonzales is the Administrative Assistant for the Board on Health Care Services (HCS), and has been with the National Academies since 2014. She previously served as a Senior Program Assistant for two consensus studies with the Board on Children, Youth, and Families: Fostering School Success for English Learners: Toward New Directions in Policy, Practice, and Research, and The Biological and Psychosocial Effects of Peer Victimization: Lessons in Bullying Prevention. She is currently working on two consensus studies for HCS: A National Strategy for Cancer Control in the United States, and Integrating Social Needs Care into the Delivery of Health Care to Improve the Nation’s Health. She also provides assistance to the National Cancer Policy Forum. Prior to joining the National Academies, she worked as an Editorial/Administrative Coordinator at the National Association for Bilingual Education after graduating magna cum laude from Trinity University in Washington, D.C. with a degree in Communications.
