The Institute of Medicine's Food Forum is hosting a webinar titled “Food Waste: Current Issues and Emerging Solutions” to engage in the national and global discussion on reducing food waste. The webinar seeks to review the current issues and emerging opportunities in food waste through a discussion on quantifying and measuring waste, health, environmental, social, and economic impacts, and various contributors to waste across the entire food supply chain. The presentations will highlight opportunities for a collective cross-sector response to reduce waste.    

The webinar will feature:
