The Roundtable on Health Literacy will host a one-day public workshop that will feature moderated panels, invited presentations, and discussions of community-based health literacy interventions. Potential areas of focus include the range of community-based health literacy interventions that currently exist, research related to community-based health literacy interventions, and best practices in community-based health literacy interventions. 

The workshop will feature a commissioned paper on community-based health literacy interventions, written by a team led by Dr. Cynthia Baur, Director of the Horowitz Center for Health Literacy at the University of Maryland School of Public Health. Registrants may attend in person or via webcast, which will be live-streamed on this page on the day of the meeting.
