The pediatric emergency care services subcommittee met to explore the role that reimbursement plays in pediatric emergency care. Additionally, they also analyzed legislative and funding matters specific to the pediatric patient population. The meeting also featured a presentation on pediatric preparedness. The subcommittee convened privately during a close session to discuss how the information would affect the treatment of pediatric EMS for the anticipated report on this topic.
