On June 6, 2018, the National Academies Roundtable on the Promotion of Health Equity will host a one-day public workshop on The Impact of Incarceration and Reentry on Community Health and Well-Being in Philadelphia, PA. The agenda is available here and on the right side of this webpage. 

OBJECTIVES
1. To better understand the distributive impact of incarceration on low income families and communities of color. 
2. To examine the effects of the post-incarceration reentry process on families and communities. 
3. To explore promising models and best practices for improving and enhancing the reentry process.

- Coffee will be available. 
- The workshop will NOT be webcast. In-person attendance only.
- Workshop presentations will be posted on the webpage approximately 2 weeks after the event for free download.
- Workshop proceedings (a written document of what occurred at the workshop) will be available in the months following the workshop for free download on the main Roundtable website.
