Public Briefing for the Air Force Health Study Assets Research Program Report

The Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences will host a public briefing for the release of its report “The Air Force Health Study Assets Research Program” on Friday April 17, 2015. The report offers recommendations on the feasibility and advisability of maintaining the data and biospecimens collected in the course of a 20-year study of the health of the US Air Force personnel responsible for wartime spraying of herbicides in Vietnam.


The briefing will take place at The Keck Center of the National Academies (500 Fifth Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001) at 11 am in Room 208.
