Retirement Planning The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine contributes on behalf of eligible employees to a retirement plan after the employee has worked at least 50% of a full-time schedule for 181 calendar days.
403(b) Voluntary Retirement Plan also available for employee contributions.
