African Science Academy Conference Kicks Off in Senegal

November 9 -- The National Academy of Sciences and Technologies of Senegal is hosting the African Science Academy Development Initiative's third annual conference, to be held in Dakar from Nov. 12-15. The initiative, administered by the U.S. National Academies, aims to boost the ability of African academies to inform policymaking and public debate. This year's meeting will focus on water issues in Africa.
