Federal Climate Change Science Program Should Realign Research

February 26, 2009 -- The U.S. Climate Change Science Program should broaden its focus beyond understanding and detecting climate change to include research that would support how regions and communities could cope with the impacts of climate change, says a new report from the National Research Council.
