NAS President Delivered Keynote for Report on Climate Change Adaptation in California

November 22, 2010 -- National Academy of Sciences President Ralph J. Cicerone delivered the keynote speech at the release of the Pacific Council’s report on climate change adaptation today in Los Angeles. The Pacific Council is a non-partisan international affairs organization focused on policy issues of special resonance to the West Coast. Its Task Force on Adaptation to Climate Change is serving as the California Adaptation Advisory Panel to the State.
