U.S. Should Boost Funding and Efforts to Improve Health Overseas

May 20 -- Improving the health of developing nations requires increased commitment and collaboration by U.S. agencies, philanthropic groups, universities, and nongovernmental organizations, says a new report from the Institute of Medicine. It details ways these groups can boost research and health care delivery in resource-limited countries and establish effective partnerships.
