This event was moderated by CSTL member Erwin Chermerinsky, Dean of the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. CSTL member Martha Minow, 300th Anniversary University Professor, Harvard Law School and former CSTL member Thomas D. Albright, Professor and Conrad T. Prebys Chair, Salk Institute for Biological Studies, provided commentary.
