What is needed to ensure pavements are well maintained before they are treated for preservation? TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 1:00-2:30 PM Eastern that presented surface preparation practices used before preservation treatments. Presenters highlighted practices for identifying pre-treatment needs, discussed how to complete the work, and determined how to contract the work.
