Young professionals seeking enhanced professional development opportunities are encouraged to join the TRB's first 4-Week Emerging Transportation Leaders Networking Challenge! (Challenge runs from February 14–March 11, 2022.)

The 4-Week Emerging Transportation Leaders Networking Challenge is ideal for professionally-minded individuals 35 and under who are interested in expanding their network through engagement with the broader professional TRB community. This 4-week challenge is designed to give future leaders in transportation an early year social and professional networking boost. Each week’s assignment features a different theme and kicks off with the TRB Careers in Motion Networking Fair :

  • Week 1: Enhance Your Career Path
  • Week 2: Explore Critical Research Issues
  • Week 3: Expand Your Network
  • Week 4: Broaden Your Vision
