Water Science and Technology Board Fall 2022 Meeting

November 1, 2022

12:30 PM - 5:00 PM (EDT)

Past

One out of every 10 Americans are exposed to drinking water quality violations in the U.S. Further, many communities (especially in rural and poor areas) do not have access to enough water of adequate quality to meet their needs. Even where people have access to safe water, there is the question of affordability. The WSTB is convening a meeting to consider these three aspects of adequate drinking water provision: safety, access, and affordability. Invited speakers will consider what technical and institutional solutions can be deployed over the long term to ensure that every American has adequate drinking water.
