Join a planning committee of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine as they conduct a workshop to explore the use and application of implementation science (IS) in health professions education (HPE). Presentations may include topics such as providing a foundation for discussing the role of IS in HPE; how best to build capacity for implementation science within HPE institutions including the training and introduction of IS to HPE leaders, faculty and health workforce researchers; and how educators could apply IS to scale and spread evidence based practices within HPE systems.
