Transit Cooperative Research Program
TCRP conducts research and technical activities addressing the needs of transit service providers. Its scope includes planning, service configuration, equipment, facilities, operations, human resources, maintenance, policy, and administrative practices. The program is funded by the Federal Transit Administration. The TCRP Oversight and Project Selection (TOPS) Commission governs the program, defining project priorities, funding levels, and expected products.
