International Conference on Nanotechnology of Cement and Concrete - Will not be held as scheduled

May 20 - 21, 2020

Past

TRB has been closely monitoring the evolving situation related to the coronavirus disease(COVID-19) outbreak. The health and safety of our volunteers, sponsors, meeting guests, staff, and the greater community are of utmost importance to us. In light of the current situation, we have decided that the event cannot be held as scheduled.

Any decision regarding whether to reschedule the event or to hold it in some other format, will be made at a later date. Please visit the conference website for more details.
Convened by Transportation Research Board, the 2nd International Conference on Nanotechnology in Cement and Concrete was to be held on May 20-21, 2020, in Irvine, CA. The conference was designed to explore the science and engineering of nanotechnology in modifying and monitoring the behavior and performance of cement and concrete at the nanoscale. Nanomodification of concrete is potentially capable of dramatically improving its tensile strength, toughness, ductility, and durability properties.
