The Committee on the Review of Transmission and Geographic Spread of Chronic Wasting Disease in U.S. Cervid Populations will hold a public webinar on February 6, 2025, from 11:30am-12:30 pm, ET to discuss the new report describing the state of knowledge regarding how CWD is transmitted among cervids, the current distribution of disease outbreaks, and the effectiveness of current diagnostic, prevention, and control methods available to limit the spread of the disease. Members of the committee will provide an overview of the report’s key messages and there will be an opportunity for audience Q&A.
