The Transportation Research Board (TRB) staff, functioning as a secretariat, will identify up to 15 appropriate candidate peer reviewers in the categories indicated by the Aleutian Islands Risk Assessment (AIRA) Management Team; recruit five individuals selected by the AIRA Management Team to participate as reviewers in their personal capacities; arrange for a singe face-to-face organizational meeting at the outset of the project for the reviewers to be briefed by the AIRA Team on the activity and their expected role

Description

The Transportation Research Board (TRB) staff, functioning as a secretariat, will identify up to 15 appropriate candidate peer reviewers in the categories indicated by the Aleutian Islands Risk Assessment (AIRA) Management Team; recruit five individuals selected by the AIRA Management Team to participate as reviewers in their personal capacities; arrange for a singe face-to-face organizational meeting at the outset of the project for the reviewers to be briefed by the AIRA Team on the activity and their expected role; distribute 3 documents to the reviewers as they are provided by the AIRA Management Team; assemble the individual written reviews as they are submitted by the reviewers to TRB staff; and forward the reviews intact to the AIRA Management Team.
