How can airport leaders and managers cultivate talented employees? TRB hosted a webinar on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from 1:00 to 2:30 PM Eastern that provided implementable ways to strengthen the workforce and enhance knowledge transfer within airports. Presenters discussed a playbook, which includes tactical, strategic, and structural approaches for attracting new employees, from entry-level to leadership positions.
