TRB Webinar: Performance Measures for State Aviation Agencies

Across the country, state transportation agencies have been required to incorporate performance measures into their core business functions. TRB’s Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) provides a summary of performance measures that can be tailored to address agency-related topics as well as topics related to the entire aviation system within a state. TRB hosted a webinar on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern that looked at how performance measures are defined, and reviewed how they fit within the larger context of strategic planning. Presenters discussed the challenges to implementation and explored examples from Florida, Texas, and North Carolina state agencies.
