Historically, transportation has not served everyone equally. What is the industry currently doing to right these wrongs? TRB hosted a webinar on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 from 1:00-2:30 PM Eastern that identified current research and practices in transportation equity. Presenters synthesized past research from existing TRB reports and provided current case studies. They focused on environmental justice, public health, travel behavior, and public involvement.
This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Committee on Transportation Equity.
