Drug-Impaired Driving Conference

Convened by Transportation Research Board, the Drug-Impaired Driving Conference will be held October 27-29, 2021 online. This conference will generate and inform new and innovative practices and strategies to reverse the trends in increasing drug-impaired driving on our roadways. Participants will discuss drug-impaired driving research and practices with a meaningful exchange of knowledge and experiences.
Conference attendees will

  • examine the quality of current drug-impaired driving data and research (e.g., collection, application, analysis)
  • identify knowledge gaps within drug-impaired driving research and practice
  • identify new and innovative strategies and countermeasures to reduce the incidence of drug-impaired driving
  • define ways to effectively disseminate drug impaired-driving research and information and bridge the gap from research to practice
