How do airports use collaborative partnering to enhance their construction projects? TRB hosted a webinar on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM Eastern that explored this concept. Collaborative partnering is relatively new to the airport industry, and the webinar will identify its benefits, describe ways to measure success, and discuss how to implement a collaborative partnership. Presenters shared lessons learned from case studies on organizational readiness and discuss how to effectively facilitate partnering in on-going or upcoming vertical or horizontal airport projects.
The webinar features research from ACRP Research Report 196: Guidebook for Integrating Collaborative Partnering into Traditional Airport Practices.
The recorded video is available: https://vimeo.com/430329052
