Convened by TRB, the 2026 TRB Annual Meeting is held January 11 - 15, 2026 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center and Marriott Marquis in Washington, D.C.

The TRB Annual Meeting attracts thousands of transportation professionals from around the world. The program covers all transportation modes, with sessions and workshops addressing topics of interest to policy makers, administrators, practitioners, researchers, and representatives of government, industry, and academic institutions.

Attendee Registration is Now Open!

Registration is required for all Annual Meeting attendees, including session speakers, poster presenters, and those who attend any session or workshop, or visit the exhibits. Registration is also required to secure a guest room within the TRB Hotel Block.  

Meeting registration and hotel reservations must be secured with a valid credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA accepted). If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, you are not registered and should contact the TRB Registration Bureau.
