Second Arab-American Frontiers Symposium
The Arab-American Frontiers program is participant driven: an organizing committee of 12 members makes the final selection of session topics, suggests speakers, and chairs the individual sessions during the symposium. The session topics presented at the symposium were:
- Global Food Security: Adaptions for the Future
- Finding new Sources of Water for Growth: Water Reuse & Desalination
- Old Energy, New Methods to Access Resources: The Hydraulic Fracturing Story
- Environmental Regulators of Cancer
- Linkages Session
While speakers in each session are selected as experts in the topics above, each general participant also presents his or her research during poster sessions.
