This panel, one of 11 to be organized over 2022-2024 to review individual technical competencies covered by the Army Research Laboratory's R&D portfolio, will focus on assessing work related to Electromagnetic Spectrum Sciences. This panel provides input to the Army Research Laboratory Technical Assessment Board (ARLTAB), which produces an annual report covering each year's partial assessment of ARL.
