Hold discussions about the questions and answers received after the September 22-23 Woods Hole, Massachusetts, briefing, and review updates on the BGCAPP and PCAPP facility design and technical risk reduction projects since September 22, 2004. Hold committee deliberations and continue report writing.

Conduct teleconferencing with the sponsor for final informational inputs. Conduct final committee deliberations for each chapter, resolve remaining issues, and finalize substantive text content. Sign concurrence forms for BGCAPP interim design report.
