Behavioral Traffic Safety Cooperative Research Program
BTSCRP develops practical research-based solutions to reduce traffic crashes, injuries, and fatalities associated with unsafe behaviors. Managed by the Transportation Research Board (TRB) under the direction of the Governors Highway Safety Association (GHSA), the program is funded by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
