To optimize supply chain operations, public and private freight planning stakeholders must harmonize decision making related to infrastructure investments. TRB hosted a webinar on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM Eastern that focused on performance management for freight demand and demand elasticity. Presenters shared factors which drive freight demand, operations and infrastructure improvements decisions, and common performance measures planners use for decision making.
