The fall meeting of the Board on Earth Sciences and Resources (BESR) will be held October 15, 2020. This meeting will explore the pathways to a career in Earth sciences and the perception of such a career choice among underrepresented scholars and identify some of the specific challenges and opportunities for increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Earth science community.
