Mentorship for Early-Career Women Working in Vaccinology
This program supports early-career women in vaccine development across Africa by fostering mentorship, networking, and leadership training. Six mentorship groups will engage in in-person and virtual interactions, combining career development with a strong professional support system. The program begins with a two-day in-person workshop, followed by bi-monthly mentor meetings to track progress and implement goals. Monthly virtual meetings further equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and connections to advance their careers in vaccine development. The program will not provide technical training in vaccine development and selection decisions will be made in accordance with United States laws.
