U.S.-Arab Frontiers of Science, Engineering, and Medicine

Based on the success of NAS's Kavli Frontiers of Science Program and NAE's Frontiers of Engineering, the U.S-Arab Frontiers of Science, Engineering, and Medicine program will initiate a series of symposia to bring together young scientists from the United States and 22 Arab countries to discuss exciting advances and opportunities in their fields.

Background Material

The Arab-American Frontiers program turned ten in 2021. Over the past decade, the program has engaged over 800 early-career researchers from the Middle East and North Africa, and the United States, building international and interdisciplinary collaborations. The program has brought these researchers together to explore the frontiers of science and seek answers to pressing societal and scientific issues facing communities around the globe.
