About

There is a pressing need to accelerate and strengthen the innovation process for clean energy technologies. The federal government can play a pivotal role in supporting innovation and in developing a clean energy innovation ecosystem.

During this webinar, presentations highlighted strategies for developing a clean energy innovation ecosystem as well as promising regional strategies. A discussion on the role for private entities, and a bipartisan conversation on how the federal government can best support clean energy innovation followed. The event concluded with a panel discussion on practical considerations for implementing the ideas presented.

This virtual event accompanies the release of the written proceedings from the Enhancing Federal Clean Energy Innovation workshop series, and will build upon the series’ key themes.
