A first official meeting of the study committee. National Academies staff will give an overview of Academies policies, procedures, and FACA requirements. Staff will also facilitate the bias/conflict of interest declarations with committee members. After these procedural steps are completed, the committee will scope the study effort and discuss which speakers they would like to hear from at future meetings.
