On August 7 and 8, the Food Forum hosted a workshop that explored current innovations in the food system. Workshop presenters discussed the dimensions of food systems and how to utilize innovations to meet the needs of small and large supply chains to support decision-making. The workshop included discussions on issues related to safety and sustainability, economic and social challenges and opportunities, innovative case examples, and strategies in reducing food waste.
