Assessing Genomic Sequencing Information for Health Care Decision Making: A Workshop

Completed

The Roundtable on Genomics and Precision Health hosted a public workshop to evaluate how evidence for genomic applications is gathered and assessed for clinical decision-making, reimbursement decisions, and guideline development in the absence of an ideal information base. The workshop provided a forum for diverse stakeholders to present approaches for assessing genome sequencing information for clinical use, allowed for comparison of evidence of evaluation processes for different clinical indications, and identified key challenges in the evidence evaluation process.
