Understanding the Changing Structure of the K-12 Teacher Workforce

Completed

An ad hoc committee under the auspices of BHEW and BOSE will conduct a 15-month fast-track study of the changing structure of the K-12 teacher workforce and the implications of such change for teacher training and re-training. The study will examine three research questions regarding the changing landscape of K-12 education; innovation and research and pre-service and in-service teacher education education; and taking effective programs to national scale.
