	This session will introduce to what is known on how higher education institutions are approaching sexual harassment prevention and evaluation, the reasons why an institution would and/or should evaluate

	its prevention efforts, barriers to evaluation, and evidence-based suggestions for the evaluation process. Following a brief presentation, a stakeholder panel will share their reflections and engage in a conversation with the broader group. 2:15-3:15pm	Session 3: Applicable Frameworks
	This session will explore basic principles of implementation science and prevention science and how they might be used to more effectively carry out and evaluate prevention efforts.
	Session 3A: Implementation Science
	This session will highlight how implementation science, which has been used primarily within medical and public health contexts, might be used in higher education institutions to bridge the research-practice gap and facilitate data-driven improvement of prevention efforts.

	Following a brief welcome, this session will set the stage for Day 2 by way of an expert synthesis of Day 1 conversations. This will involve a synthesis of the ideas shared by participants thus far, an exploration of emerging connections and themes across sessions, a summary of what is still unknown and/or undiscussed, and reflections on next steps.

11:30am-12:30pm	Session 1A: Evaluation in Practice: Considerations and Limitations
	This session is a candid conversation between key stakeholders (evaluation experts, sexual harassment experts, practitioners, and institutional leaders) around their experiences with carrying out evaluation work, while considering structural barriers and factors limiting our shared advancement in this space. A major goal of this session will be to identify “sticking points” in the evaluation of interventions and engage in a group conversation (both among the panelists and all workshop participants) about how to overcome those barriers.
