Rapid Response to Emerging Science, Engineering, and Medicine Challenges

Supported by a strategic investment from the Philip and Sima Needleman Family Legacy Fund, the Rapid Response to Emerging Science, Engineering, and Medicine Challenges (RRESEM) initiative provides a sustainable, cross-cutting capability for the National Academies to convene experts, analyze data, assess policy options, and provide advice through timely, high-quality, and mission-aligned products.
