Does your organization practice effective Performance Management (PM)? TRB hosted a webinar on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 from 2:00-3:30 PM Eastern that explored the Transportation Performance Management Portal, which is a product of the Transportation Pooled Fund Program. The Portal illustrates PM best practices and fosters collaboration between state departments of transportation and the Federal Highway Administration. Presenters described the Portal’s repository for PM resources that may help benefit transportation agencies at all levels of government, as well as private transportation enterprises.

This webinar was organized by the TRB Standing Committee on Strategic Management. It also features insights from NCHRP Research Report 660: Transportation Performance Management: Insight from Practitioners and NCHRP Research Report 920: Management and Use of Data for Transportation Performance Management: Guide for Practitioners.
