October 18, 2018

Regional focus

Topics

This seminar will provide the Committee on Law and Justice (CLAJ), invited guests, and others with a forum to discuss a framework for the development of future research pertinent to the prosecution of crime and delinquency. In 2001, the Committee on Law and Justice (CLAJ) convened a workshop and published a report on What’s Changing in Prosecution? As it has been 17 years since the National Academies undertook activities specifically addressing the prosecution of crime, this is an appropriate time for the Committee to explore past and current research and hear from prosecutors, researchers, and others about the needs of the field.
