October 24, 2024

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM (EDT)

Past

Emerging technology, hybrid work environments, and global issues contributing to unpredictable flight service all add to an atmosphere of continuous change. Developing a culture that values and supports innovative ideas will prime an airport for managing and thriving through these changes. TRB hosted a webinar on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM Eastern that provided best practices, actionable plays, and various resources that will enable airports to drive the cultural change that supports innovation. Presenters shared the ACRP WebResource 16: Playbook for Developing a Culture of Innovation? at Airports to help organizations improve upon and energize current processes, and plan for and adapt to large changes in the industry.

This webinar was sponsored by TRB’s Airport Cooperative Research Program.
