Transforming Undergraduate STEM Education: Virtual Meeting Series

In progress

This series of virtual meetings will explore implementation strategies for the 2025 National Academies report, Transforming Undergraduate STEM Education. The report outlines seven research-based Principles for Teaching and provides guidance for undergraduate STEM educators and institutions on improving undergraduate instruction. The principles and their implementation have the potential to reshape students’ learning experiences both in person and in on-line courses. These events will help educators and academic leaders in STEM disciplines and those developing STEM courses and courseware realize effective change, with a focus on mathematics departments, contributions from technology, professional learning for educators, and system change.
